We have had a 10+ year relationship with Chet's. Everybody is great everytime. Yesterday went beyond great. Kaydin and Paul solved a problem we thought would never be solved. Chet's is THE BEST!!!!
Recently we needed our water lines repaired quickly as we got a leak in the main line once we shut off the water as Lowe’s was delivering and installing our new washer/dryer. Chet’s was able to get two guys to our home on a Friday afternoon before the end of the day to fix the leaks, along with an outdoor spigot that they where originally scheduled to come out for the following week to repair. On Monday I called Chet’s asking if we can have someone come look at our lines for our washer and come to find out our washer wasn’t hooked up correctly. I've had good experiences with Chet's in the past, but my most recent experience wasn't very impressive. I had a leaky AC coil drain pan and after three visits from Chet's and nearly $1000 later, the issue was diagnosed and the $150 part was replaced. I think they could have saved me several hundred dollars if the first technician who came out took 15 extra minutes (he didn't stay for the full hour I was charged for) to dig into the problem deeper to correctly diagnose the issue. I believe that experiences with Chet's will vary depending on which technician responds to your house.
