We have had a 10+ year relationship with Chet's. Everybody is great everytime. Yesterday went beyond great. Kaydin and Paul solved a problem we thought would never be solved. Chet's is THE BEST!!!!
When you think the plumbing fix is simple and it gets more complicated it's the customer service that makes the difference. Rob was outstanding in my case! Not only was he professional he took extra time to explain the how and why the fix would take more time. Thanks Rob and thanks to the schedule team for getting someone out to take a look as quickly as they did. Chet's is the best in the business.
I was doing a basement construction project, called to inquire and was able to secure a team the following week. The team that arrived was great at communicating and working with me on all of the ductwork re-routing. Professional, cleaned up after themselves, respected my property and communicated the whole way through. Highly recommend!
