I'd give a 0 star if that were an option.. My husband recently had a work injury and we had a few appointments change time without any phone calls. We've also asked for referrals at least 5 times to go to theda care and I had to call again just to get to the referral office to send the information to thedacare. One of his appointments that were scheduled at asprus, nobody told us the location so we went back to where we went for the first appointment and they had us go across town and changed the time again without communication... lack of communication was a huge problem especially with us expecting our baby being born soon knowing he also needed to surgery done! I don't like saying negative things at all but some of the providers in this system are pretty great but I have had such a problem with neurology and after trying to figure out things and messaging them they're completely downplaying it and completely not adding things in the notes and the after care and they're completely disregarding the pain that I have and saying and blaming it on something entirely and it's like if they even actually noted and paid attention that of the original source of pain then they would have not blamed it 🤦♀️ it's like I only put two stars because of the fact that the some providers are pretty good other than that neurology deserves...read full review
