Julie helped me so much more than I expected. She went well beyond her duties to help me with a prescription problem I was having. She called me an hour later to make sure that I got the problem handled and make sure that i was not under stress anymore. She was relatable and nicer than i could have wanted. Rob came out to our home and gave us an amazing assessment, walking around the outside of our home and showing us where potential entry points were and helping us come up with solutions. This area is filled with historic homes, built with some of Wisconsin’s oldest and most beautiful timber. When we bought our house, built in the late 1800s, it came with some seriously neglected wood floors.Bringing the luster back to our one-of-a-kind maple and birch shortboard would be a serious undertaking, and we weren’t sure where to begin.Fortunately, Mike with Forest Floor has been refinishing and restoring wood floors in this area for years. He immediately identified the source and history of our floors (comparing it to work he’s done in the area), and recommended a refinishing process that would best restore and protect the wood long-term.He may not have an online presence, but he is serious about wood. He’s responsive and considerate on the phone and dedicated to the job. He worked with me at every step, cutting through the confusion of different sealer and stain options, and never tried to upsell me on anything. He’s not trying to pay for extra overhead, and provides an incredible value for his time and talent. The low/no dust and vacuuming was also really appreciated (at no extra cost).Ask any tradesman, and you’ll find maple is incredibly difficult to work with (especially with uneven/historic floors). It can be difficult to sand, and every mistake will show in the finished/stained floor. Mike took the time and care required, and it really paid off. The floors are beautiful! We had no idea our floors could look this great, with revitalized tones and remarkable detail in the grain. Sales staff very helpful but that's where it ended. Very unprofessional installer you can see every seam. We brought this to their attention took forever to get back to us, finally the owner came out to look at the job, said he would have installer come back and fix the seams never heard another word. I wouldn't want the same guy to come out anyway after all he screwed it up the first time. I will not go back to them again nor will I recommend them to anyone !! Since writing this review the store has sent Mark out to repair the seams he agreed it was not seamed right the first time. I will say I may have been hasty in my review it's not the stores fault, but be careful who you get as an installer that makes all the difference in the world. I will recommend the store but be picky on your installer!!
Shane from Roto-Rooter provided prompt, effective service when our basement floor drain overflowed. In no time at all we were washing clothes again with a dry basement. Shane was courteous and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again for a clog emergency.

I went to Highstreet Salon after I had a very bad experience with another stylist in the area. My neighbor recommended Dan and I'm so happy she did. He explains every step of what he does and he creates color and cut specific to suit me individually. I cannot express how happy I am to have found such a talented artist in the area.

Most are very cautious with sanitation and safety. I have not had any problems. There is use of masks and limited number of people at any one time.

I absolutely love my tattoo done today of a blue bird leaving its cage for the symbolism of “free spirit” and Jason also touched up a small flower tattoo on my foot. I will be getting another tattoo done of a girl riding on a blue bird with a moon, stars, and clouds with the same symbolism of “free spirit” this will be a half sleeve. I would choose no other tattoo artist to do my tattoo work. Jason has gone above and beyond with his artist skills, kindness and attention to details that I requested. I don’t know how to add a picture to this post. The bird coming out of the cage was done on the bottom of my wrist. It is perfect ?

I called Greg in a panic with a washing machine hose issue and in less than 2 hours he was here to help! His apprentice Keegan came a short time later and in a half hour all was fixed! Both men were knowledgeable and extremely pleasant! I recommend them with gratitude for fast service!

I've been going to Cooper Dental since 1978. 9 years ago we moved 2 hours away and we still travel back to see them twice a year. I can't imagine ever going to anyone else! We've enjoyed all of staff there since I first walked in the door as a college student with a broken crown. You know some place is exceptional when people are so loyal to them.

Made an appointment for the Essential Pedicure for my elderly mom who is 90. (The ladies that answer the phone are super professional and friendly.) The large, vintage house and property where the Wellness Spa is - is gorgeous! You feel like you are in a fairy tale cottage, but a really big one with a spacious, well-stocked gift shop! Entrance and exits are wide- easy in and out. Plentyful parking including handicapped parking- which my mom appreciated. Everything from chocolates to lotions, candles and clothing- very fun to browse. Although I just drove my mom to the appointment, I was also offered a heated neck cozy and was able to accompany my mom to her pedicure. Ann does the pedicures and she was EXCELENT! Such a friendly young woman and she was so gently with my mom's toes! Massaged her lower legs with some sugar scrub- got her hot tea- really treated her like a queen while giving a very professional and thorough pedicure. I was so impressed, made 2 appointments for another pedicure for mom and an upcoming Christmas massage appointment for my husband! Shhhh! Very impressed with the Wellness Spa. No wonder they've been in business 31 years!
