“I found this vet because I needed assistance on a Saturday morning for a paw injury. The person I spoke to was calm, informative, and offered great suggestions. I was able to book an appointment that Monday for an exam.<br><br>Upon arrival, the service only got better. Due to a tight entrance and many dogs, the staff was guiding and directing clients to avoid any negative interactions. Reception knew who I was before I could check in, and within a minute or two we were being taken to the exam room.<br><br>My Aussie has high reactivity and both the vet and tech took their time with her, allowing her to come to them. This only took a minute or two but it made all the difference. The vet explained the procedure and what would take place. I couldn't have asked for more compassion and understanding.<br><br>A few days later they called to make sure everything was going well, and if I had any questions. It has been a long time since that has happened. I will definitely be back for regular checkups.”
