My first ever table massage and was unsure what to expect. Was walked through the process. I have arthritis bad and DISH disease in back. Thinking it has been over 6 years that can say back not hurt and new disease makes it hard to twist. When done could twist more than have in a long time. She hit a trigger spot in shoulder and worked it out totally. The room itself was relaxing my therapist asked my option if wanted to talk or complete silence. Highly recommend.i just need to remember bring a treat for the greeter. I will be back and have already told others. Kurt.

The environment was relaxing, she was very professional and kind, and did an outstanding job listening to my needs and crafting a custom massage plan. By the end of the session, I noticed a significant improvement in my backs mobility. I highly recommend Amanda and will be visiting her regularly!
