I’ve had nothing but great experiences using STP to prepare my taxes. Communication was easy and the work was done in a timely manner - even in a pinch with tight deadlines.

I was not impressed. Last year he failed to use the simplified method worksheet necessary for my annuity & stated he never used it before. I had to insist he redo my taxes correctly, & made sure my out of state taxes were done correctly. I felt he patronized me like I didn't understand my own finances for the last 20+ years. I will be going elsewhere in the future.
