Bill with Schneider Heating & Air Conditioning was so helpful and professional when one of our branches needed some repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and quick to communicate with us during the whole process.

Alex, a technician from Schneider, came to do my yearly maintenance agreement check on my airconditioner. He is simply amazing! As soon as he entered my home he noticed a faint smell of gas. He went to work to find and repair the leak, which ended up being on a furnace pipe fixture. I am so grateful for his keen sense of smell and his expertise to get to the root of the problem. He was so knowledgable and informative with explaining, showing and advising me along the way. I strongly recommend Alex and Schneider for your heating and cooling needs. They offer expertice and service which leads to peace of mind. Thank you Alex and Schneider.

Salesman, Bill Riichardson, came to my home in a few hours the day I was told by a technician my furnance needed replaced. He took the time to get the furnance I wanted from Onalaska AND
delivered it before 7am the next morning. Installer, John Reisinger began removing my old furnance and installing the new one immediately. Both men (in my opinion) provided great customer service, Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning owners should be proud to have these guys as employees. By the end of the day my heat was back on and the worries about the furnance not functioning and/or fear of carbon monixide entering the air was gone!!
