The sitters are patient and understanding, even with rescue dogs and picky eaters. Hills and Hounds is highly recommended for its dedicated and knowledgeable care. Erica is awesome with taking care of pets, always goes above and beyond, and is a great communicator. Pets are always happy to see her and feel like part of her family. Erica goes out of her way to make sure they are comfortable and is tentative to all their needs. Customers have had nothing but amazing experiences and 100% recommend Hills and Hounds Pet Care.
Hills & Hounds is the top place for boarding, training, and giving your pup the care they deserve! Erica & Matt have my basset hound for several months & crate trained him in the first couple of weeks. They are excellent at communicating on the progress of your pup, nutrition suggestions, and what would help
them when you bring them home. This is EASILY the best place I have brought my dog, because they treat him like family. Please use Hills & Hounds as your spot to board or train your animal. You won’t regret it. It was the best choice I made with my hound!
I can’t say enough great things about Hills and Hounds Pet Care! From the moment my Chihuahua Stevie and I arrived, it was clear how much care, professionalism, and genuine love Erica (owner) and husband Matt have for the dogs. The doggos stay in their lovely home that is cozy, clean, and safe. Erica is extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior and she is very thoughtful about dog introductions and interactions. I've been using Hills and Hounds for 2.5 years for work trips and vacations and my 5 y/o doodle loves it there. He gets an excellent balance of play/social time and chill time. He knows Erica's dogs and other client dogs by name and always gets excited when its time to visit. Erica follows your care instructions to a T and stays in contact as often as you would like her to. With her, I have never had to worry about my dog while I'm gone.
