Steffon was amazing. After roadside assistance set up the tow, he called right away to check in and arrived within 10 minutes. He gave me a ride to the tire shop and was friendly and extremely pleasant to talk to. Largely thanks to his super quick service, Firestone was able to fit me in before closing and I was able to get home instead of spending the night in a hotel!

I was stranded on the side of the freeway in a location that was very hard to communicate its location. Luckily Nick from Kicos was aware and knew exactly where I was. Nick was friendly to talk to and down to earth. Next time I have a vehicle issue I will be calling Kico’s and asking for Nick! Thanks Again Nick for your help!
