The service was great and the haircut is great however I will never come here again and this is the reason why. I walked in told the stylist Alyssa that I had a coupon but I was confused as to why it said that I could only use it at Chicago land locations seeing as I don't live in Chicago and I've never done any business down in Chicago she said don't worry about it and proceeded to cut my hair ,when I was paying she said I couldn't use the coupon because it was from Chicago after I had already told her that when I checked in. Stopped by Great Clips in South Milwaukee as my regular location was closed for remodeling. Maria did an excellent job and I’d go there again if it wasn’t a twelve minute further drive!
Been getting my hair cut at this location for about 25 years. At least 2 long time cutters that have cut my hair on many occasions it is always spot on and makes me feel 100% when I am done!
