I had the good fortune to take a chance and walk into the Great Clips in South Milwaukee and was quickly taken care of by Gina. She listened to me very well and gave me the exact haircut I wanted. Honestly, the best haircut have had in quite awhile. Thank you Gina and thank you Great Clips!
The service was great and the haircut is great however I will never come here again and this is the reason why. I walked in told the stylist Alyssa that I had a coupon but I was confused as to why it said that I could only use it at Chicago land locations seeing as I don't live in Chicago and I've never done any business down in Chicago she said don't worry about it and proceeded to cut my hair ,when I was paying she said I couldn't use the coupon because it was from Chicago after I had already told her that when I checked in. Stopped by Great Clips in South Milwaukee as my regular location was closed for remodeling. Maria did an excellent job and I’d go there again if it wasn’t a twelve minute further drive!
