They're not only personable and inquire about your family, but they also deliver fantastic care. Recently, I underwent the process of getting my first dental implant, including a bone graft. The entire experience has been remarkably smooth. Dr. Tom even provided me with a temporary tooth (unsure of the term), and it's indistinguishable from my real tooth. Today, I had the implant inserted, and to my surprise, it was easier than a filling. I only took ibuprofen at 9 am and have not had to take any additional pain medication. “Dr. Melcher is the best dentist I have ever had and I have always loved the entire staff but, alas, Delta Dental is no longer being accepted here as of January 1, 2024. Very sad as I have been a loyal patient here ever since I have had teeth (45 years)! I have looked at the numbers for my policy and it just does not make financial sense to stay unfortunately. I will not say whether or not it was the right or wrong decision for them to drop Delta Dental overall, just that it was a decision that affected me and my family adversely. For that, I will subtract no stars because they have to do what they feel is right for their clinic and the majority of their patients.“
