“"I've had extensive experience with other dental offices, so I approached this one with skepticism. However, Dr. Tom and his entire staff have been exceptional. They're not only personable and inquire about your family, but they also deliver fantastic care. Recently, I underwent the process of getting my first dental implant, including a bone graft. The entire experience has been remarkably smooth. Dr. Tom even provided me with a temporary tooth (unsure of the term), and it's indistinguishable from my real tooth. Today, I had the implant inserted, and to my surprise, it was easier than a filling. I only took ibuprofen at 9 am and have not had to take any additional pain medication. “I've boosted my review. The phone situation appears to be resolved with prompt call handling. My doctor changed to Arianna Elmquist due to a retirement of my former doctor. She is terrific. Great chair-side manner: patient, friendly and kind. Of course, I was sedated when she performed her great work. But the post-op is almost as if nothing happened. With my implant in place, zero post-op pain, neat and tidy sutures job, and I look forward to getting the all-clear in a few weeks for the cap to be placed by my dentist.“

“First time to go there. They were welcomeing and well trained. They explained what happens on a first visit and why I may need to have it. They took x-rays and cleaned my teeth. They said my front teeth are worn down and should have crowns to protect the teeth. They.spent enough time with me to explain what I need now and gave me options for a later time.“
“I would definitely recommend Dr. Schmidt and his staff to anyone. I called at 8 AM on a Saturday morning because of severe tooth pain that needed a root canal and I am not even a patient of his office. He told me to come in and helped with the problem right away. Everyone was very nice and I can’t thank him enough for getting me in.“

“Dr. Melcher is the best dentist I have ever had and I have always loved the entire staff but, alas, Delta Dental is no longer being accepted here as of January 1, 2024. Very sad as I have been a loyal patient here ever since I have had teeth (45 years)! I have looked at the numbers for my policy and it just does not make financial sense to stay unfortunately. I will not say whether or not it was the right or wrong decision for them to drop Delta Dental overall, just that it was a decision that affected me and my family adversely. For that, I will subtract no stars because they have to do what they feel is right for their clinic and the majority of their patients.“
