Precise Exteriors replaced our roof. We had at least two visits to help us decide the color and type. Once decided, a contract was signed. The price was competitive. The materials were delivered the following week. The delivery was managed with professional care and courtesy, with good placement on the property. Two days later a crew showed up to do the work. They did a great job from the beginning of the tear off to final clean up. It was a long day going into the early evening. I had a need for prompt, specialized service to remove a chimney stack and repair the roof due to an issue with my homeowner's insurance. Doug and his staff and crew were easy to work with, professional, fair, and completed the job when and how they agreed. The job site was left immaculately clean.
Excellent communication and follow-through the entire time. There was a follow-up need due to a previous contractor's error, and this, too, was taken care of with their expertise and years of experience.
