He recommended replacement and was able to install the following day. Clark provided us with 4 strong electric space heaters to help keep our family warm enough to make it through the night and installation during the morning. A part failed from the new furnace within less than 24 hours, and he came back promptly and dignosed and replaced it. What are the chances right. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Clark and others with him at CGS. Older reviews showed him in a negative light, but i did not have that experience at all when talking and working with him through our situations. Very appreciated for the business and cared about addressing our situations over more than one call in a short period of time. Would recommend.“
