Terrible experience, I was charged for taxes on my sons taxes that weren't even supposed to get done,now needs to be ammendmended because he didn't have all his w2s,he said there will be additional charges,I already paid 300 for ,after all this he laughed and told me I was funny and and said he will get around to it....never again and very unprofessional...3-24...saga continues,Still haven't received my taxes,called after a month called them to confirm where their at,they said,it was deposited in my community bank account, I ve never had an account their

Tim has done our taxes for 3 years and we have been very happy with his level.of detail and tax law knowledge. They are done timely and he always follows up with a personalized phone call. The office staff are friendly and professional.

They messed up my fiances taxes 3 times and were very rude when he had to go get a refund from them. Telling him they dont have to see him again and he doesnt have to see them. Very unprofessional and put the wrong name of the dependent he was claiming and when the taxes were rejected they made up their own reason as to why They were rejected they said because someone else claimed the dependent already and said there was nothing they could do for him after he already paid them and he had to explain well you can paper file them for me and then they were like ya we can do that and later we happened to notice they put the wrong last name for the dependent and they were supposed to have sent in a paper file in the mean time before we realized they messed that up and when he went back to let them know of their mistake they still hadn't even sent in the paper file weeks after the fact making him think that his taxes had been filed this whole time and then have the audacity to be rude to him? They did not know what they were doing!
