Called Aquarius due to ac unit not living up to its capability. Scott came out to look at it. He was the same individual that took the time to fix the furnace this past winter. Scott is wonderful, professional, and very determined to provide the best service possible. If you had 5 maintenance people just like him you would be the best hvac company in the Midwest. We had a Kinetico water system installed. The technician was very professional skilled and knowledgeable. He was very considerate in protecting our carpet while moving equipment in and out of the house. He made sure we understood how the system worked. He explained everything clearly. We were really impressed.
