Brent was very fast and efficient, he was really great at explaining everything I needed to know for future maintenance, great guy to work with, I called them at 7 in the morning they were out at 1 to look at the situation and had it installed by 12 the next day, I couldn’t be more satisfied!
Joe did a great job installing and explaining everything on how the system works. The only complaint I have is with the scheduler. Person assigned to do the install called in sick and no email or phone call telling me my appointment was getting pushed to a later time.
Brent was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us as he answered all the questions we had. Way to go Brent… This is our second Kinetico system and we would strongly recommend it.
