I had Katie doing my hair treatment few months ago but I just forgot to review. If you want a relaxing hair treatment service with massage, you will definitely want to choose her. She massaged my hair a lot which I really appreciate, made me feel so calm. The girl did my hair service last time didn’t massage my hair at all compared to her. I changed the review into 5⭐️ for Katie. You did an amazing job! ?
I found The Establishment after searching for a Green Circle salon in the area (if you’re not familiar but care about sustainability, it is worth a google search- they go above and beyond to decrease the environmental impact of hair services) and reached out to set up a somewhat last-minute appointment (especially considering a holiday rush) for some color and a cut. I saw Kenzie and showed her a couple inspo pics and explained a couple hair issues I have, and she got to work. She was friendly, and we had a few nice conversations, but also some non-awkward silence, which was relaxing. I didn’t feel pressure to make small talk. Had my first visit with Kara today and it was fantastic. She's super sweet, experienced and works hard to understand the look you're going for. She cut and colored my hair and it looks the best it has in quite some time. I'm very happy to have found Kara at The Establishment!
