I took a chance on this place when I was in extreme pain, and the appointment that I booked over 24 hours in advanced was missed by the providers. I showed up, waited for 20 minutes, and no one was there. I did receive a follow up call, but the provider was unable to remedy the situation. Do not trust this place with your care.

Bree does a great job of merging traditional massage and Thai massage techniques to address the random joint discomfort that results from leading an active life outside of my 9-5 at a computer. She is very observant of movement patterns, and has given me good feedback for me to keep in mind in the gym and in the yoga studio.

Finding a massage therapist you can trust and come back to with the same outcome or even better is difficult. It took me a couple years but when I found Kate back in 2021 that all changed. Meta Massage & Bodywork is my #1 massage place. I always recommend it to my friends and family, and anyone else looking for a similar experience. The versatility is one of my favorite parts, from cupping, tummy massages (sun and moon), reflexology, and all the messages of course + more you'll have no problem finding what you need. Not only do I leave satisfied but I leave with more knowledge and understanding of what's going on with my body. I've been seeing Kate 4 going on 5 years now and I've seen Rose a few times a well :) I'm so happy to have this place as a haven.

Rose was phenomenal! We had a good discussion ahead of time about my concerns and she took the time to understand them and explain how she would approach them. Literally the second she started work my mind settled into a very calm and comfortable place. This is not an inexpensive massage, but it is one where you get everything you pay for!

Bree is a true professional. She really understands what is going on with your aches and pains, and then applies her considerable knowledge and experience to remedying them. She completely cured a shoulder that was bothering me for months. I'm back to swimming 2/3 of a mile and my shoulder is perfect. Besides that, the whole experience is just so pleasant. I don't know of any other business that gets only 5-star reviews.

Favorite place to get a massage from my favorite massage therapist! I always tell brilliant Rose that I come out feeling about 3 inches taller than when I came in. She brings her whole heart to work and you can tell that she really loves helping people.I had knee surgery last year and I sit at a desk all day, so as you can imagine, I tend to experience a lot of tightness in a lot of places and Rose always knows what to do for maximum relief.It’s an incredibly relaxing experience and personally, I find that it helps not only with physical tension but mental/emotional tension as well. Our bodies tell our brains how we’re feeling so a relaxed body creates a relaxed brain. It’s a wonderful way to make sure you start the month off right.
