“My journey started with Mayone in August of 2023. I was suffering from sciatica pain and it wouldn’t go away. I booked a sports massage and it was amazing!!!! That of course did not make my sciatica go away so I then booked a consultation. Jess brought me in and we talked about what was going on. I really love that Mayone takes a whole body approach, they don’t just focus on the sore area. Jess was able to tell me that my main issue was my right hip not internally roatating the way it should. After seeing Jess for a couple of sessions she suggested I see Darin. Darin and I worked together from September to January and I can say it was an amazing journey. My sciatica pain went away with in a couple of weeks, working with everyone at Mayone. Then Darin focused on that pesky hip of mine! Darin was able to give me exercises to help release the tension in my low back so my hip would relax! He’s kept me being able to do the things I love doing, running and weight lifting! I can’t thank Mayone enough for all that they have done for me!“
“Favorite place to get a massage from my favorite massage therapist! I always tell brilliant Rose that I come out feeling about 3 inches taller than when I came in. She brings her whole heart to work and you can tell that she really loves helping people.I had knee surgery last year and I sit at a desk all day, so as you can imagine, I tend to experience a lot of tightness in a lot of places and Rose always knows what to do for maximum relief.It’s an incredibly relaxing experience and personally, I find that it helps not only with physical tension but mental/emotional tension as well. Our bodies tell our brains how we’re feeling so a relaxed body creates a relaxed brain. It’s a wonderful way to make sure you start the month off right.“
