lauren is an amazing therapist! she’s very knowledgeable about the body and treatment. she can really get in there and work things out. plus, she has a great personality and is super easy to talk to. highly recommend. the space is really nice, clean, comfortable and has a great feel.

I finally received the massage that I’ve always wanted! I was experiencing tightness and knots in my back/shoulders. Bill listened to my concerns and went to work with the perfect amount of pressure, skill, and knowledge to relieve the pain. The environment was peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

This was the best, most transformative massage I've ever had. I scheduled with Lauren to relieve some pain in the midst of stress and moving. This was my first experience with a therapeutic masseuse, and I was blown away by Lauren's knowledge and skill. She helped me understand so much more about where I held tension, how my scoliosis affects other parts of my body, and healthy strategies to incorporate into my day-to-day.
