Matthew took the time to listen to my story with all of its details, he didn't interrupt and he was very professional. Even though my taxes sounded complicated to me, I'm sure they were simple to him but he didn't make me feel like I was stupid or anything. He just listened and asked a couple of questions and then told me the process.
I didn't know what I was expecting regarding a turnaround time, but Matthew far exceeded my expectations! He got my taxes done very quickly and made an extremely stressful situation for me just disappear!
