Jon Neal and his staff are BEYOND supportive, understanding and truly go the extra mile for you when there are issues with your taxes and IRS. I'm not even a customer, but I can appreciate a good business beginning even if it did not quite work out. I put an inquiry into the website and was greeted back promptly to schedule an appointment. Brittanie followed up in the sweetest manner and I appreciate her positive first impression and great customer service.
