Love our new home from Silvertree !! Brandon has been great helping resolve any minor issues we had after moving in, working with his subs to get them taken care of quickly. Having a background in the trades and having many friends still in the trades come see our new house and we all have been impressed with silvertree’s craftsmanship and design on our spec home that quickly became our dream home. Their finishes fit our style and we knew as soon as we walked in during our showing that this was a home for us to grow as a family in ! Would highly recommend any spec home for sale from silvertree or better yet build your dream home with them I can only imagine how fun it would be having their expertise and design input on a new home build.

My husband and I just moved into our brand new home this past weekend. Nicole and Brandon far exceeded our expectations of building!! Nicole took what can sometimes be an overwhelming process and turned it into something super stress free and fun! Brandon was always onsite daily ensuring all went well. The communication from the two of them was beyond wonderful and we never had to wonder what was happening next. We truly felt like our house was not just another house to build and that they (and their team) really took the time to bring our vision to life. We are so thankful to have crossed paths with Nicole and Brandon and would recommend Silvertree to anyone looking to build! ❤️
