Price is good, recycling and garbage pickup always done well. Had a few issues with billing the first few months, but hopefully that is straightened out. Just recently I have had to pick either garbage or recycling that did not make it onto the truck.
Overall pretty good, but they increase prices without warning even when you have a signed contract. Its hard to reach a human when you try to contact them about said increase. My fees have more than doubled since I began using the company.
Pick up times have been more consistent than in the past. Wonder if it has ever been discussed to have a available a two week schedule for garbage as you do for recycled pick up. As retired people we have at the most 2 bags of garbage each week. It would make much more sense than picking up 1 bag of garbage the majority of the time. Please discuss this with your management. I'm sure there are many households that are in the situation. The reduced cost would be very helpful. Thanks for your attention in this matter.
