I bent my glasses and took them to Terry the manager at Sheboygan Optical hoping I wouldn't have to buy new frames. He fixed them in a few minutes and didn't want any money. You could see the friendly smile behind his mask. I can't say enough good stuff about Sheboygan Optical. Pay them a visit and get some old-fashioned good helpful service. Lots of cool looking frames too.

I had broken the monofilament line that holds my lens in place while we were vacationing in Wisconsin. I took a chance without an appointment to see if they could help me out and they could not have been nicer. They had me in and out in a matter of minutes! Wonderful customer service!

I was a visitor to Elkhart Lake near Sheboygan and lost my glasses while I was kayaking in the afternoon. There was no way to retrieve the glasses so I called the highly recommended Sheboygan Optical Co. I was extremely happy that Terry and Karen came to my rescue! I faxed my prescription and they not only got my glasses done in less than one hour but I got to pick one an amazing frame that did not blow my budget!
