I need to give all of the praise to Natalie and the Wisconsin Vision team. I came into the store with a long shot request of replacing my frames with lenses that didn't match too many available models. Though my frames were busted and dirty, Natalie went above and beyond to get me a new pair of frames, deconstruct my old frames, and take care of my needs every step of the way. They could've simply turned me away, but their team is a timely, kind, curious, and helpful group of people.
I cannot recommend this store enough. I hope this review finds all of them well, and I am sure I will be back to Wisconsin Vision with any future needs.
Dr. Sesso is fantastic. He takes time to understand how your vision is doing and I greatly value how he is willing to try different solutions for obtaining the best vision possible. Would strongly recommend!
Worst business around, will no longer buy glasses here. I got charge extra for my lenses because I brought in my old frames which were new that I bought from them years ago as backups so because I didn't buy new frames with my eye exam I got charged more for the lenses. Fine and dandy a week later my frames with lenses come in and they're scratched very bad, so I go back and show them they send them out again and now it's been another two weeks and still nothing. Every time I checked on them or it's going to be a few more days few more days, with no actual reason what to hold up is or what's taking so long it's just going to be a few more days a few more days.
