I see a lot of complaints of just walking in and waiting, I set up an appointment a day before online and the moment I was there I was seen,my haircut didn't take long and it was a great expirience, I had ashley she did a great job! I recommend setting up an appointment online, I wouldn't expect them to cater to me if I just walk in and expect to be seen immediately that's just nonsense, Thank you for your buisness.
Each of the barber/stylists (not sure what the best word is) have given me exactly what I wanted. They listen, they are talented and experienced and also great conversationalists. I love having my scalp massaged during the shampoo and the shoulder massage at the end is also great.
Making an appointment (I live 15 miles away so trying to walk in is not a good strategy) online is easy and efficient. Their online setup lets you put the appointment into your personal online calendar with a couple clicks.
I wish they'd bring back the salted peanuts but I'm pretty sure COVID killed that forever.

Set up an appointment for my boyfriend with Ashley F. He didn't get his eyebrows attended to. His back by his neck shaved. She didn't shave his face clean to the skin. Also, he said he felt uncomfortable while she was massaging him. Because she was making flirting statements. She used a hand held massager. Than in return hurt him. Vrs help him. I was looking forward to him getting pampered.
