We've been happily using Smithereen Pest Management for about two years for our restaurant in Chicago, and Lazaro has been our technician for most of that time. He's been timely, efficient, knowledgable, and communicative.
We had ants in our kitchen. Tom showed up right on time and checked out possible entry areas. He also viewed a photo of one of the ants and saw a live ant that we had trapped under a glass. He treated for the ants and so far so good! Earlier, he had been unable to treat the outside of our house/storage garage due to bad storms/excess rain, so he also took care of that.
Cesar is very thorough with inspecting our house and property. Cesar is knowledgeable and carefully treats for insects. He’s always sensitive to our indoor cat and makes sure she’s secure before making treatments. Cesar educates us on care and maintenance.
