Very short wait, about the same at a Doctor's office. Very friendly and though. CMA was professional and PA-C was professional and through. In Sheboygan, we're lucky to have this Urgent Care as you cannot get to see a Doctor for months!

I was a little apprehensive to go here after reading a few reviews. I did have to wait a bit, but that is not of any fault of the staff. They were very busy. The staff was excellent all the way around. I saw Jolene who is very thorough, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable in an awkward situation. Jolene’s nurse was very polite, cheerful, and patient. The girl that took my blood was very nice and had no trouble finding a vein. And finally the girl in radiology was fast, outgoing, and a pleasure to talk to. I have nothing bad to say about my trip. Sure it was busy, but that makes the kind care I received even more impressive. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
