Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and "homey" feeling. The nurse practitioner spent a lot of time with me and I didn't feel rushed. She actually listened and helped me. The lab lady was also very sweet and personable.The building and the room didn't reek of sanitizer or cleaning products, like most clinics do, and that's so important for people who are sensitive to fragrance, have asthma, or get migraines etc. I liked it far better than any other place I've received any care for years.

Went to Urgent care for a prolonged illness. Was brought to the exam room quickly and the wait for the doctor was reasonable as well. She did a brief exam, scolded me for using q-tips for my ears and proceeded to diagnose the condition as either a Covid cold or a regular cold. Either way the instructions for aftercare was the same over the counter meds, drink fluids and rest. I ended up going to see my regular doctor 3 weeks later as the symptoms had not cleared up. My doctor prescribed antibiotics and low and behold the symptoms cleared up finally.

Very happy with all the staff that I have met here. Questions are answered in a way that is easy to understand. The staff is very professional and pleasant. The facility is clean and comfortable. No long wait time for appointment. I am very happy with this place and will recommend to friends and family.
