This was our second experience with Jamie owner operator of ChemDry.
First was an emergency situation after a spilled a 16 ounce of hot coffee on my thick plush taupe great room carpet at 5pm. After panicking and attempting to clean up the situation myself. I made matters worse. I called numerous local carpet cleaners in the area. No reply or response. Jamie called back immediately and was here the next morning at 8 am. Never meeting him or utilizing his service. He was so informative and hard working. The huge spill stain was gone. Even though Jamie told me upfront. Coffee stains are not a guarantee.
Now I have wanted my 2000 square foot home cleaned. !

Jamie did an amazing job and saved us from having to replace our carpets that were in poor condition with years of dirt and pet stains. He took the time to talk to us to understand our needs. Jamie's expertise and professionalism was outstanding! The price was very reasonable for all the work it took to clean the carpets. The carpets look the best that they have in many, many years! Thank you so much!
Very professional, very nice job on our old carpet for 3 rooms with old pet stains! We are very pleased with the communication, responsiveness, and the entire process. Jamie knows his stuff! We will definitely use his services in the future.
