“Jamie did a wonderful job on our carpeting and area rug. We hadn't cleaned our carpets professionally since we built our house 4 years ago and with two large dogs and a toddler, they definitely needed it. “Eirik was so amazing! I was trying to decide on a method so I wouldn’t void my carpet warranty. He took it upon himself to actually call the manufacturer so we would know for sure. Way up and beyond! Pricing was competitive and I was not surprised by the total as everything was laid out. Josh, my technician, was great as well. Did a very thorough job and explained what he was going to be doing so I didn’t need to wonder. He left my house looking like he had never been here because he cleaned up everything before he left.
