Four Seasons service response when our air conditioning failed during the recent heatwave was immediate and excellent. Considering it was a cold call from the phone book (no pun intended) as I'm now a new customer - I was expecting to wait in the heat for days. I also feared and was prepared to pay for an expensive repair or even purchase a new unit. However customer service got a technician out within the hour, Ethan, who diagnosed the problem to a simple part (capacitor) which he replaced as well as trouble shot the whole unit to make sure all was well.
