“During the bad storm in Sheboygan back in June, we had several fallen trees that took down electrical wires as well as the mast on top of the roof at my mom's house. I happened to be out of town and so lucky to have been referred to Specht Electric by another company that said they were too busy at the time. Specht came out quickly and did a fantastic job. Work was completed and power restored by 3 pm the same day. The real star of the company, however, is Diane. She kept in constant contact with me by text as she coordinated everything with the electrician and Alliant Energy! “Excellent customer service, and responsiveness. I messed up on a DIY and had a breaker tripping every time a switch was flipped. Called the office on Monday morning and although they were booked until the following week, they managed to free someone up to take care of my goof. Jim was my tech and he was great, friendly and took the time to show me where I went wrong. Great experience all around!“
