Everyone is always so friendly! I go for my two cats and they were able to get my older cats teeth fixed and you can tell they did a really great job.

Highly doubt NOT recommend. Had an appointment for a spaying. Had puppy herr at 7:30 like they asked. Got a call at 11:30saying they would not be able to get to her. Seen people drop off about 20 dogs this morning. Obviously going to pound through as many quick surgeries as they can and grab the cash. Who cares what kind of problems the animals will have after that. Poor animals. LOOK ELSE WHERE

We love the staff here. Have had a problem awhile back called for an appointment. When describing what was wrong they said no need to bring our Samson in. They prescribed meds for him. Save an office visit fee. Had our puppies in for first shots and deform. Our room never was empty from staff they all had to stop in and love on the babies ( 9 8 week old golden retriever pups)

Update: Why would you name my animal? I wrote my review with the input of the person who attended, so it is accurate.
We were texting because YOU didn't know how much Cerenia to give my dog & asked my partner how much. We aren't the vets, we don't know how much to dose. That is why he was there!! Don't pretend that he was texting me to wait for my decisions.
He was not informed it was extra. He declined ALL extra testing. Of course he paid, said thank you, and he was only told the total at checkout! I specifically asked only for an exam for the purpose of getting the cerenia, & only because I was required to have one before getting the prescription.
If the dog was barking, its your job to ensure the client understands. When he barked, my partner stopped speaking, waited until he stopped, and then continued. It isn't like you were trying converse over his incessant barking.
I know this is the owner responding because you're the one who saw my dog. So this is not very professional behavior on your part is it? I have had problems with this clinic in the past, and this is a good example of what I'm talking about. You have poor communication and don't take responsibility. We called to discuss this with you first and you were rude then also.
Really irritated with this place. I have had several things I was unhappy with, but the final straw just happened. I brought my dog in for an exam (required) because we needed to get a prescription for Cerenia.
While there, we were offered a heartworm test, which we declined. They then took a stool sample from my dog since he had an accident while there. They said it was included in the exam. Afterwards, I saw the charge for the parasite fecal test, which was completely unnecessary. Since the owner is the one who said it was included, we asked to speak with her and she denied saying that.
I hope the $33 was worth lying about, because I'll be bringing my pets elsewhere from now on. Clearly, she needed the money more that I did but I won't be back.
One extra thing, since we've been back from their office my dog has been scratching his ears terribly. I'll be pretty upset if he picked up ear mites while there because he's never had a problem with his ears.

I will always take my cat here, they are some of the most caring and compassionate people ever.
My mom also goes here. They have been so wonderful, and helpful, to her fur babies, especially the times she had to escort some to the rainbow bridge. Those hard times, they seemed to genuinely feel heartfelt sympathy, and at times choked up in these situations. You can trust them with your pets?
They work with your budget, and they give you multiple options if needed. Also, in my opinion, they have very reasonable rates.

I just love everything about this place! The Dr's. and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable for the area. It's also very accessible and the staff will go out of their way to assist if needed. Won't go anywhere else. AAA+++

I'm very pleased with this place. I moved to the Sheboygan area about 5 months ago and immediately made an appointment with a veterinarian to establish care for my two small dogs.
The clinic that I chose was less than satisfactory. They messed up my appointment times, they sent me information on ano,ther client, mistaking my dogs for somebody else's dogs, and when I finally met a veterinarian, she was not very helpful. She pretty much just said your dogs are fine.
I had planned on having dental care done for both of my dogs, but after the multitude of mistakes made I felt less than confident about someone in this clinic doing surgery on my dogs. So I canceled the appointment for dental cleaning and looked for another clinic.
From the first moment I contacted Critter Care I could tell they were very professional. They took my information, they followed it up with a text and emails, they had a website that allowed me to setup files for my dogs., and they were friendly.
When I finally went to my appointment, I felt very secure that my animals would be well taken care of. Everybody was very friendly and professional.
The veterinarian I saw was extremely knowledgeable and gave me valuable information about my two dogs health condition. I felt secure enough that I scheduled dental cleaning appointments for both my dogs. Unfortunately one of my dogs had several teeth pulled, but he was taken good care of and given appropriate medication to help with his recovery. In addition, they followed up the next day after surgery to make sure that my dog was fine and that I didn't need any help.
Obviously I haven't had a lot of experience with this clinic yet as I'm fairly new, but so far I'm completely delighted with the professionalism and friendly atmosphere at Critter Care Animal Clinic and I will definitely be a client in the future.
