“Our cat was sick so we took her in to see the veterinarian. She was very good at explaining what she thought was the problem and recommended antibiotics. She also said that we could do x-rays but it wouldn't change her wanting to start our cat on the antibiotics. So, she was honest with us and didn't try to upcharge us for more tests which was really appreciated.“

Anytime I have an appointment she brings in a towel and sits on the floor. She makes certain that your pets are safe and will never put a small critter on the table because of jumping hazard. She sits with the guinea pigs one at a time wrapped in the towel so they feel safe and goes through her physical exam, making sure to tell you what she’s going over. She is very thorough and great at explaining everything

Previously, when I’ve had to put my guinea pigs down, she is very gentle at going through options and making sure to listen to how I felt or what questions I had.
