Our dog is very affraid of the veterinarian office due to an issue with the previous vet. At Healthy Paws the entire staff, especially the doctor, are very gentle and careing. Beau,(dog) is slowly becoming more comfortable. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the animals.
Our cat was sick so we took her in to see the veterinarian. She was very good at explaining what she thought was the problem and recommended antibiotics. She also said that we could do x-rays but it wouldn't change her wanting to start our cat on the antibiotics. So, she was honest with us and didn't try to upcharge us for more tests which was really appreciated.
BEST PLACE EVER!! I have a GSD who gets very anxious and is loud! Every single employee is so patient of him and makes me feel better. Their follow ups to appointments are awesome!!
