I wish I had read the reviews before my mother made this appt. I can tell you already we've had a very nasty person in the phone when we got here for check in and they are just calling her back at 2:42 when her appt was for 2:00. She was here before 2:00 and I hate when dr offices don't respect your time. I'll have a full review when this appt is over but it's not looking good...After the appt is over my 76 year old mother that CANT SEE wanders out the door by herself while I'm on the phone on hold for 11 minutes asking SARA and KIANNA (however you spell it) when are they going to call me in to the appt with her. Frank L. Winski, O.D Took my son for a referral check up due to binocular vision and within minutes he said nothing is wrong with him take him to be tested for ADHD. Unqualified to make sweeping generalizations. Poor service, poor bedside manner, not great or patient with kids. I will be filing a formal complaint
