Easy and pleasant experience! I’m guessing the bad reviews are from clients who didn’t get the results they were looking for. It’s walk in from 9-4 and I got there a little after 10. Since it’s walk in I expected to wait 30 or so minutes and there were two people in front of me and that’s how long I waited. The staff and doctors were nothing but apologetic for the wait even though it was minimal. I was handled with respect and kindness and they made sure I had all question’s of mine answered before I left. Be kind to the staff they are doing their jobs as best as possible, and trying to navigate missing paperwork, questions and everything else. Glad this service...read full review

Over the phone I was told I could walk in and get labs/urine drug test done. When I showed up at 3pm, I was told "we don't do labs after 2pm." Somehow they couldn't have told me that over the phone a couple days prior. When I go in first thing the next morning, I admit service was pretty efficient and quick. I didn't love that after handling my urine, the tech didn't wash or sanitize her hands between that task and drawing my labs, glove free. She at least used an alcohol swab to clean the skin but then touched the site with her bare, unwashed, acrylic nail clad hand to draw my labs. Very gross and unprofessional. But it's a small town and when you don't have competition, you can be as crappy and unprofessional as you like, because people need the service.
