“We came home from a two week vacation in September to a very badly water damaged wooden floor in our kitchen.
We called RJB and they sent over one of their workers. I’m sorry I do not remember his name.
He told us to give it time telling us it could take several months for the wood to go back to its natural state and become flat again.
It’s now four months later, and the floor has in fact gone back to its natural state.
It’s very refreshing to find such an honest business.
They could’ve told us that the floor was ruined and needed to be replaced, but they did not do that.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has a water issue on wooden flooring.“
