Jim does extremely intricate work, and puts heartfelt effort into his pieces. Im thankful he was my artist and will continue to be! Very patient and friendly staff, super chill environment. Also very professional and any advice that you might need will be given to you at any time they're available. I must say best tattoo experiences yet.

Went in to have Jim finish a tattoo that I have been working on. He did an amazing job and actually made it better by correcting some flaws from the previous artist! Thanks Jim! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I have had my second tattoo done at Blackwater. I have had nothing but good things to say about this place. Jon did both my tats to perfection. Jon is a no nonsense perfectionist I highly recommend. He takes pride in his work and it shows.
