LOVE this place! This was my second time dropping in as a guest while visiting family in the area. It was my first time to their new space, and it's really fantastic. Great layout, super clean, awesome equipment. They really take pride in what they do, you can tell. It's such a super friendly and motivating community too! I'll absolutely be back the next time I'm in town! Highly recommend!
Had a great time Tuesday morning! Cathy was a great coach and everyone was warm and welcoming…especially to this jaded New Yorker! Been to 100+ CrossFit gyms, and this one is at the top.
I can already tell this is going to be a GREAT Adventure for me! 3 decades ago I was a well trained athlete. Been alot of life since then that has not been kind to my health. I am 2 sessions in and the level of accountability, support, positivity, instruction, equipment, and environment would help anyone succeed. In all my training I have never done Cross-Fit style workouts. This is the way. These are the people. My health has been hindering the joy in my life for a long time. Is it the cheapest? Nope..., but it is the best investment you will ever make. I am in terrible shape and this place is inspirational in every way. COME GET SOME!
