We have used a number of carpet cleaning services over the years for both our home and apartments we own. Magic Touch was the best by far. They were able to remove stains others could not. The carpets in our home are the cleanest they have ever been (as well as apartment stairways we had cleaned). The guys who did he work called ahead, showed up on time, were professional, wore shoe coverings and layed down floor coverings from the garage to rooms to be cleaned. Their truck and equipment was clean and well maintained. Based on this experience, we will be using them again. I highly recommend them.Service: General carpet cleaning
Magic touch was an awesome company they help me with my water damage job. They were so professional and efficient and help me with the complete claim to put me in a better direction. I would recommend them to anyone.
We have fixed hoses for the Magic Touch team over the years and they finally convinced me to get the carpets cleaned at our business.... I wish I would have listened sooner. The next day the carpets looked amazing and you never really notice how dirty they are until they are cleaned. I will be bringing them back every year to freshen up our business and I recommend the same for any other business in the Ozaukee county area. Their team was very professional and on time! What more can you ask for.
