I'm surprised by the low rating. The staff at this location were incredibly kind to both my son and me. They were able to sneak us in for an appointment before school, even with a full schedule. The Dr. was so kind, and my teenage son appreciated his demeanor. Very friendly and funny doctor. I wish they were closer to us.

Stacey S really helped me out, she made the whole process go smoothly, and when it looked like my glasses weren’t going to be ready fast enough she chased them down for me and personally delivered them to the store closest to my home. She was awesome!

My experience was amazing from check-in through completion! Kastille and Kathy were more than helpful. These ladies were phenomenal. They made it so much easier for me to pick up my frames at a different location for which I am grateful. They're friendly service is unforgettable. Dr. Orlich was so informative. He explained everything being done and the importance. Thank you so much to the Saukville HERSLOF staff for a very nice and friendly experience!
