About Hawthorne Hills Golf Course
Hawthorne Hills Golf Course offers a challenging layout with various terrains and doglegs, making it an interesting choice for golfers. The staff is described as very nice, and the pro shop is fair. The course features unique storybooks about each hole and a nice memorial on hole #4. While the greens are mostly in good shape, a few have some weeds. However, some guests have noted issues with the pace of play during events, which impacted their experience. Overall, the course is worth a stop for its charm and reasonable rates.
This is my home course. The course is very well cared for, the pace of play is genuinely good, the rangers do an excellent job of managing the course, the staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is no driving range if you like to hit long balls before a round.
Great condition, excellent layout. Greens are fair, not overly gimmicky. Can be busy at times, but play moves along nicely. Always enjoy playing here. Can be very busy on the weekends, so don't expect to whip thru your round.

When there is a 18 hole outing, ranger never should of told us to hurry. In best ball tournaments you have people that don't golf at all or very little. You plan accordingly. Another company was playing! Just never seen such a thing. I've worked at a golf course for 8 years and we did that. I won't be back there. However bartender and beverage cart girl was very nice, so I had to give 3 for them.
