I give 5 stars for River's Edge Floral customer care service and my final beautiful Valentine's Day arrangement from my children. My daughter called and asked about the flowers, and I assured her they were beautiful. She wanted to know HOW beautiful... long story short, they weren't as beautiful as the price tag. I contacted River's Edge Floral. They totally understood and explained that the order came to them via Avas Flowers. Avas gives them exact instructions as how to construct the arrangement. Did an online order... will not do it again. The flowers I ordered had a star by them saying they were one of their most popopular items. The flowers turned out notbing like the picture so I was very disappointed! Especially since it was on of their "most popular" items. The card didn't even have everything that I had asked to be written on it. The card also had didn't even capitalize all the names on it.... not happy with the overall turn out of my order.
