Ricky is the tech that came and fixed our hot water heater. He arrived less than a hour of our initial call. He was very pleasant to work with. Reliable put in our Hvac system many years ago. Recently, the heat went out and wouldn't stay on. Called to have service tech come out and look at it. Nick came out and knew exactly what the issues was and got the furnace back up working. He also noticed the furnace was getting to hot. Checking on the system he found the secondary condenser had failed. On checking for warranty and found the furnace was covered under warranty, he ordered the parts and we schedule a return visit. He had the secondary installed in no time and all has been work great.
