The team is patient and understanding, especially during difficult times, such as end-of-life care. A visit to the office often ends with love and affection for both pets and their owners. The veterinary service is known for being upfront and honest, earning the trust of its clients.
Very nice staff, brought my cat in for a same day appointment. Affordable prices. Unfortunately a week later I had to put my cat to sleep, the staff sent a very nice handwritten letter to my family. Thank you all.
I highly recommend going to Bristol Veterinary Service, especially for exotic animals. My rat was misdiagnosed at an ER vet and Bristol Vet was able to squeeze me in and take care of the real issue, and he is now better than ever! They treat animals as if they are their own! Receptionists, Doctors, and Vet Techs are all amazing and respectful and truly care!
Dr Meghan is fantastic. She takes her time to really find a diagnosis and treatment. The staff is always friendly. Have never been turned away if I call needing a sick appointment for any of our pets. Same day appointments for illness. Truly a gem office ❤️❤️❤️ Please never sell to corporate
