I called Denny and left a message. He called me back within a few hours. He was able to come out the next day to look at my oven which is a Samsung and not widely serviced up north. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was honest about it. Told us what part to order and said it was cheaper for us to do it ourselves than have him come back. He gave my boyfriend the part number and showed him how to change it out. We appreciated his communication, promptness, and willingness to save us money at his own cost. Being in Harshaw which is about 40 miles from St. Germaine it was a relief that he came down! He also gave some sourdough baking tips which are always appreciated....read full review

We called Denny on December 20 because our oven was not working. He ordered a part for us and called us on the morning of the 24th and said he had the part and could put it in. We said you don't have to come on Christmas Eve and he said yes he could. He showed up and fixed our oven.. We were extremely pleased with the service he gave us. And he loved our dogs.

Super nice guy, and very knowledgeable. We were so tired of water running from the refrigerator onto our hardwood floors. We needed a part and Denny had it on his truck. Denny also taught us how to use a feature on our refrigerator that we didn't know we had.:) We highly recommend him!Service: Refrigerator repair
